Call of Duty: Vanguard Wall Hacker Gets Exposed by Dr Disrespect

Eccentric YouTube streamer Dr Disrespect was left speechless after deciding to expose a cheater using wall hacks in his Call of Duty: Vanguard match.

Editor’s Note: A lawsuit has been filed against Activision Blizzard by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, which alleges the company has engaged in abuse, discrimination, and retaliation against its female employees. Activision Blizzard has denied the allegations. The full details of the Activision Blizzard lawsuit (content warning: rape, suicide, abuse, harassment) are being updated as new information becomes available.

Popular YouTube streamer Guy “Dr Disrespect” Beahm was left speechless when he decided to expose a wall hacker in his recent Call of Duty: Vanguard match. Released on November 5, Vanguard is the next installment in Activision’s Call of Duty franchise, and features a World-War-II-themed campaign.

An ex-Sledgehammer-Games developer-turned-popular-streaming-personality, Beahm first rose to fame on the live streaming platform Twitch playing FPS titles such as Call of Duty and PUBG. The eccentric streamer is best known for his signature outfit of a red tactical vest, sunglasses, black wig, and moustache. Considered to be one of the most popular Twitch streamers during his time on the site, the Doc was mysteriously banned from the platform in June 2020. While there have been many speculations and claims behind the reasoning for Dr Disrespect’s ban, Beahm has not confirmed any of the claims, but stated earlier this year that he knows the reason.

As reported by Dexerto, eccentric YouTuber Dr Disrespect’s recent Vanguard match quickly went awry when a cheater decided to join the game. In a clip posted by Twitter user WickedGoodGames, it showed the Doc happily listing some of his goals for the newly released FPS as he waited for the game to begin, stating that he needed to learn map layouts, sightlines, and callouts. Clearly feeling positive, he added “I think today will be a good day,” before getting placed into a Search and Destroy mode lobby. The game mode in question, which only offers players one life per round without respawns, meant that Dr Disrespect’s game was quickly over when a hacker decided to utilize an exploit in order to hide inside a wall and score easy kills.

Dr Disrespect has been known to be vocal about unfair gameplay in the past, the streamer recently losing his temper and breaking his controller after a Halo Infinite match. However, the Doc was left completely speechless in this instance when he decided to expose the hacker by spectating them, watching them kill his opponents from behind a wall before the glitch finally caused the cheater to fall through the floor to their death. While the streamer had nothing to say on what he had just witnessed, his teammates were not as reserved, taunting the cheater and stating “that’s what you get…

Considering Dr Disrespect’s penchant for voicing his opinion on issues he encounters in games, it’s surprising to see that the wall hacker left the streamer completely speechless. Although rampant cheating continues to be a problem for many FPS titles, the presence of cheaters in the just-released Vanguard is no doubt disheartening for many who are hoping for a respite from hackers. Luckily, both Warzone and Vanguard will receive a new Anti-Cheat soon, dubbed RICOCHET, a kernel-level anti-cheating software which is specifically designed to target hackers.
