Denver COVID vaccine site temporarily shuts down after 18 people have serious side effects

More than 64 million people in the U.S., nearly 20% of the nation’s population, have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, according to Centers for Disease Control data. More than 1.1 million of those people got the shot in Colorado, according to state data, just shy of 20% of the Centennial State’s population.
