Day’Ron Sharpe to Memphis?

One rumor that’s gaining traction is the potential trade of 22-year-old big man Day’Ron Sharpe to the Memphis Grizzlies. According to Mike Scotto of Hoopshype, the Grizzlies have expressed interest in Sharpe, and might be willing to part with the 9th pick in the 2024 draft. This is the second time in a week that Sharpe has been mentioned as a possible Grizzlies target.

Other Trade Options

The Grizzlies have also been interested in Nets forward Dorian Finney-Smith, who has been rumored as a trade piece since he was acquired by the Nets. Additionally, the Nets might be willing to trade Mikal Bridges, who is being pursued by the Utah Jazz.

Draft Speculation

Ian Begley of SNY reports that the Nets are optimistic about their ability to get a 2024 pick, and Jake Fischer of Yahoo! Sports notes that the team has called front offices with selections as early as the 20s.
