Planning your expedition cruise with HX just became effortless. The brand is transitioning to an all-inclusive model starting this fall, enriching its base fares with a host of experiences and amenities. While many of these offerings were previously complimentary, this change consolidates them under one comprehensive package and extends the inclusions to encompass alcoholic beverages beyond meal times.

“Our aim is to empower our guests as adventurous travelers during their time with us,” stated Alex Delamere-White, Chief Commercial Officer of HX, in a recent news release. “By simplifying the experience, they can immerse themselves in exploring remote corners of the globe and benefit from the knowledge of our expert team. We believe that adventure should be all-encompassing, which is why our daily expeditions, lectures, and access to the science center are included at no additional cost, alongside delightful culinary offerings.”

Delamere-White noted that the decision to implement these changes stemmed from valuable feedback received from passengers and partners. The new model will debut initially on voyages to Antarctica and the Galápagos Islands departing in October, before being extended to the entire fleet and all destinations the following month.

This announcement follows the brand’s rebranding from Hurtigruten Expeditions in December, marking another step towards enhancing the expedition cruise experience with HX.
